  2. Virtual Welcome Session (virtual)

    Est. time: 1.5 hr

    Attend virtual welcome webinar.
    Complete Practice Facilitator Self-Assessment.

  3. Day 1 In-Person Pre-work (self-directed)

    Est. time: 3-5 hr

    Tasks

    Complete 14 primary care transformation courses.

  4. Day 1 In-Person Session (in-person)

    Est. time: 8 hr

    Tasks

    Attend day 1 in-person session.

  5. Day 2-3 In-Person Pre-work (self-directed)

    Complete 10 quality improvement and 9 modes of influence courses.
