Measurement Guide - Opioid

The Opioid Process Improvement change package identifies a list of high impact changes that are derived from the literature, clinical practice guidelines and from expert recommendation. Each high impact change is associated with potentially better practices that primary care teams can test to see if they result in the anticipated practice improvements for patients using opioids. Each potentially better practice has a list of proposed measures that may aid a team in assessing if the implemented changes are resulting in positive outcomes. This guide includes detailed instructions and additional information for each proposed measure.
