Finding your CPAR Panel ID Number

Your CPAR Panel Number, or CPAR Panel ID#, is a unique number that identifies a CPAR panel. This is different from your CPAR Panel Size, which is the number of patients attached to your CPAR panel.

You have two options to find your CPAR Panel ID #:

  1. Ask your Panel Administrator
    Ask your CPAR Panel Administrator to provide you with your CPAR Panel ID#. They may have this on hand, or they can login to the CPAR Online Portal and find the Panel ID # for you.
  2. Check your EMR
    If you are already live on CII/CPAR, you can find your CPAR Panel ID# in your EMR. See below for instructions on where to locate the ID# in your EMR.

Click the Accuro Start Menu, choose Tools, and then Configure Providers.

  1. Click on the Provider Demographics tab.
  2. In the Panel Number field, click Manage. You should see your Panel Number listed here. 

  1. Open the Panel drop down menu and choose Panel Profiles.
  2. Select your panel from the list of panels. If it is a CPAR enabled panel, you should the label Automated CPAR Activated, with a green check box. The CPAR Panel ID# is called the Panel Number in AVA.

  1. From the main menu, choose Settings > CII/CPAR > Panels.  
  2. Look for your CPAR panel in the list of panels. The CPAR Panel ID# will be listed in parentheses beside the panel name. You may need administrative privileges to access this screen in CHR.

  1. The CPAR Panel number can be viewed in the Physician Client Card. An EMR user will require clinic EMR Administrative Access status to access and edit a physician client card.  

  1. From the main EMR window, click Profile. The Administration window opens
  2. In the left pane, select User Administration > User List.
  3. For each participating provider, do the following:
    1. Beside the provider’s account, click Edit User Account. The User Settings window opens.
    2. Click Features.
    3. At the top of the Features area, in the User Group Context list, leave All selected.
    4. Tip: If the feature area doesn't automatically expand to show the Facility Number and Panel Number fields, click Feature Settings.
  4. Here you should be able to view your Panel Number.

  1. From the main toolbar, choose Settings > Preferences > CPAR Preferences.  
  2. Under Preferences for Specific Providers, click on your CPAR panel.  
  3. Your CPAR Panel ID# will be listed in the Panel Number field if you are already live on CPAR at this clinic.
