The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Network is a virtual hub of collaboration between the Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT), Primary Care Networks and clinic EMR experts, offering regular interactive webinars and a collaborative site.
The Network's success is driven by the dedication of participants who actively engage and share tools, insights and leading practices related to the Patient's Medical Home development.
Join the network to connect with users of the six electronic medical record platforms, via regular user group virtual meetings and EMR specific discussion boards:
- Ava
- Accuro
- Collaborative Health Record (CHR)
- Healthquest
