The first step is to locate your Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to ensure it is up to date and reflects your current clinic environment.
Prerequisite: Your clinic must have a PIA that reflects the current clinic environment to participate in CII/CPAR.

The OIPC has a registry of all accepted PIAs and if you have misplaced your PIA number, it is searchable on their website.
