In this intermediate session, members who are already using social media are invited to learn tactics and tools to help make your social media life easier—more efficient and effective. Get ideas for creating content, managing engagement and building community, tips, tricks and tools to use social media more strategically and seamlessly. Social Media 101 is recommended as a prerequisite for this session.

Linda Hoang is a seasoned social media strategist and Edmonton blogger. She has developed social media strategies and content plans for business, government, non-profit and post secondary and has also delivered social media training to hundreds of participants across a range of industries. Linda regularly uses social media in strategic, engaging and effective ways and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge so others can do the same.
