Looking for an activity to fulfill the College of Physicians & Surgeons (CPSA) Physician Practice Improvement Program’s (PPIP) requirements? This 90-minute interactive session explores interpersonal conflict management and assists in completion of a PPIP Action Plan.
The topic is suitable for either a Personal Development or Practice-Driven Quality Improvement PPIP activity.

This session takes conflict management to the next level and presents a clear process to work through conflict situations. Case studies are used, and participants can choose to apply these practical tips during the session.

Target audience for this session is all CPSA registered physicians, surgeons and locums.
