Looking for an activity to fulfill the College of Physicians & Surgeons (CPSA) Physician Practice Improvement Program’s (PPIP) requirements? This 90-minute interactive session explores interpersonal conflict management and assists in completion of a PPIP Action Plan.
The topic is suitable for any of the PPIP activities (Practice-Driven Quality Improvement, Standard of Practice Quality Improvement or Personal Development). 

This session takes conflict management to the next level and presents a clear process to work through conflict situations. Case studies are used, and participants can choose to apply these practical tips during the session.

Target audience for this session is all CPSA registered physicians, surgeons and locums.
