Meet your PPIP Personal Development Requirement in an online facilitated session lead by Ieleen Taylor, a practicing family physician in Sylvan Lake, an Assessment Physician for the Physician and Family Support Program, a passionate speaker and group facilitator.

This 90 minute session allows you to meet the PPIP personal development requirement while also discovering a renewed sense of joy and reduce burnout, even in a challenging healthcare system.

Research shows that develop self-compassion can lead to less burnout, depression, anxiety while increasing joy, optimism, and better coping. It promotes healthier behaviours and improves relationships. Your high standards remain, but with self-compassion, you can better handle setbacks and keep moving forward.
