You may already use social media personally, or not use social media at all, but this session will teach you how to approach it from a professional and strategic perspective, with important considerations before you launch or dive into account use.
Social Media 101 will teach you how to approach social from a professional and strategic perspective.
Linda Hoang is a seasoned social media strategist and Edmonton blogger. She has developed social media strategies and content plans for business, government, non-profit and post secondary and has also delivered social media training to hundreds of participants across a range of industries. Linda regularly uses social media in strategic, engaging and effective ways and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge so others can do the same.
