New partnership aims to further health system innovation in Alberta

The Alberta-based Canadian not-for-profit, Health Cities, is partnering with the Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT) at the Alberta Medical Association (AMA) to help advance health care innovation and excellence across the province.

The new partnership will leverage AMA-ACTT’s expertise and Health Cities’ ability to connect innovative solutions with real-world needs to address the health system’s current challenges. Together, they will link Alberta’s public health care system with cutting-edge health solutions to drive impactful outcomes.

The new collaboration pairs Alberta-based experts, technology and solutions to help improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall health system in the province. I look forward to seeing the problem-solving made possible through this exciting partnership.

Christine deMontigny, Executive Vice President, Health System Transformation, ACTT

This partnership is a natural fit, combining our strengths to address some of the most pressing challenges by deploying innovative solutions in Alberta’s health system, and creating lasting, impactful change for both patients and providers across the province.
