For the next round of this event the scope is expanding and adapting to the changing primary care landscape -- resulting in a name change. Now known as the Primary Care Strategic Forum, the multi-day conference will bring primary health care system leaders and multi-disciplinary providers together to learn about initiatives underway for the advancement of the Patient’s Medical Home in an Integrated Health Neighbourhood. The theme for the May 1-3, 2025 event held at the Westin Edmonton is “The Path Ahead” and will include an evening reception on May 1 and two main Forum days.
With the 2023 event selling out, those interested in attending the three-day conference are encouraged to secure budget approvals in advance. Registration opens late November 2024.
