More than 250 Alberta doctors signed up for our Physician Leadership Network in 2024.
They joined the 118 members who already get exclusive access to training, networking opportunities and support, facilitated by our Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT)
This latest bump of 265 members came ahead of the session on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Alberta physicians have shown major interest in how emerging AI technology can be used in medicine. 
Our ACTT advisors anticipated and responded to this demand by creating evidence-informed sessions on machine learning to process medical data and give medical professionals insights and identify patterns.
In addition to the AI training, the Physician Leadership Network ran 11 sessions in the last 14 months for the members to explore:
- Influence vs. Advocacy
- Conflict Resolution
- Leadership Styles
- How to Give and Receive Feedback
- Addressing Administrative Burden
- plus so much more
