The MLR program, provided through an agreement between the AMA and Alberta Health, reimburses eligible physicians for part of their Canadian Medical Protective Association dues and other malpractice insurance.
If eligible for this benefit, we will automatically reimburse your CMPA fees, less a prorated deductible of $1,000.
The Parental Leave Program supports leave for eligible physician parents who are not practicing as a result of the birth or newly adopted child.
